Rev. Father J P Vanir owner of Vampyre Dark Pagan Temple answers a few questions for us about Vampyres.
Are you a Vampyre, Or just a huge fan of the Vampyre?
I am one Since I run a vampyre temple and have been in the community since 2000.
Some people would call this a phase what would you call it?
Something I am and cannot ignore the need.
Do you dress in the stereotypical Vampyre attire?
I have a robe of course that’s more a spiritual thing which also has a lot to do with being a vampyre but I rarely wear fangs anymore. But it is always fun to dress up and I only dress the way I like.
Have you ever drank someone’s blood
Yes, but the need is much more than I am able to get.
What type of Vampyre would you consider yourself?
Just a Vampyre, I don’t like to limit myself especially with needing more than I used to.
Are you the egotistical, blood thirsty, womanizer that Vampyres are portrayed as in the movies?
I have a big ego but I am in a serious relationship. I am very thirsty but not out of control or a murderer. I have never harmed a soul.
Do you believe in Eternity?
Energy can not die, it just goes on to another life but the human body is too frail to last more than maybe 200 years but not in the environment we are stuck in theses days.
How did the TUVUP (The Temple) come about?
Vampyres not wanting to discuss certain aspects of what they are and Giving in to there prey and thinking they are only human and vampyrism is something to see as a bad thing.
What goals do you have for TUVUP?
To Embrace our full potential and Unite all Vampyres because we need each other
